CENOPETS TERMS OF SERVICE
The term "Cenopets", as used in this document, includes, but is not limited to, the cenopets.com domain, all content belonging to the owners of cenopets.com, and all content designed for use on cenopets.com.
The terms "User" and "Users" include all parties who have, at any point, directly or indirectly accessed the cenopets.com webpage or the content associated with Cenopets and cenopets.com.
As Cenopets, at no cost, provides users with this content, users are required to accept certain rules should they wish to access any part of Cenopets. Cenopets automatically grants permission to access this site to any user who demonstrates compliance with the terms outlined in this document. If you, at any point, breach the Terms of Use as outlined in this document, such permission can and will be revoked without prior notice.
TERMS OF USE
By accessing Cenopets, you agree that we will not be held liable for the addition, removal, or modification of data concerning any user. You agree not to submit any material to Cenopets which violates United States law, and also agree not to use Cenopets in a manner which violates United States law. In addition, you accept that this Terms of Use agreement can be modified without prior notice.
1. No Cheating
Users shall not request, create, modify, use, or redistribute third-party applications which grant unauthorized access to Cenopets resources which affect the user experience or security of their own accounts or the accounts of other users, nor shall they aid in the creation, instruction, or distribution of such programs.
2. No Cracking or Scamming
Users will not make any attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of Cenopets and will not attempt to gain access to the accounts of other users. Users will not make any efforts to gain access to Cenopets or to the accounts of other users through deception. If you view confidential material due to a coding error or malfunction, you agree to exit the page immediately and send an error report regarding this malfunction through email to cenopets@yahoo.com or through the Cenopets private messaging system to a member of the administrative team.
3. No Spamming, Flaming, or Offensive Material
Users will not post the same content repeatedly and will not post any content in exchange for income or goods from a third party. Similarly, users are prohibited from posting content with malicious intent. All content should be kept at an appropriate level for the general public (as determined by Cenopets staff members).
4. No Double-Posting or One-Word Posts
Double posting and single-word posts are, for the most part, strongly discouraged and can eventually result in warnings.
5. Content Usage
Users will not use the "Cenopets" name or the names or images of any of the pets, unique items, or worlds in any manner which is intentionally or unintentionally deceptive or which is contrary to the rules or ideas expressed on Cenopets. Users will include the disclaimer "Includes content from cenopets.com (© 2006-2009)." either on each page that the Cenopets content is displayed or on an easily-accessible "Credits" page. This notice shall be easily visible and readable without the need for extraordinary measures.
Other Infractions
If, for any reason, an action is deemed to be unsuitable for this site, Cenopets can take the appropriate actions regardless of whether this action is explicitly forbidden by the Cenopets Terms of Use agreement. Alternately, the Cenopets administrator "tezeti" has the exclusive right to waive any part of this agreement through express, typed permission.
Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in the user recieving a typed warning indicating that they were in violation of the Cenopets Terms of Service, a temporary or indefinite block from portions of this website on which the infraction occurred, or a temporary or indefinite block from portions of this website on which a staff member believes further infractions of these terms are possible. Additional measures may be taken as necessary.
The content on all individual pages on http://www.cenopets.com/ has owned exclusively by cenopets.com. By submitting content to Cenopets, you grant us a no-charge, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable license to display, copy, modify, redistribute, relicense, and create derivative works of this content. Staff members who submit artwork or programming for inclusion on Cenopets automatically forfeit all copyright claims they may have to the lead administrator of Cenopets.
CENOPETS PRIVACY POLICY
Cenopets may collect the IP address, email address, and most recent pageview of users accessing Cenopets. This information will not be sold to third-party corporations or individuals and will only be used:
a) To verify registration. (email address).
b) To provide users with additional security. (IP adddress and email address).
c) To ensure users who are blocked from an activity cannot easily bypass this block. (IP address and possibly email address).
d) To show a publicly accessible "users online" page (most recent pageview).
e) To enable administrators to contact you.
Cenopets does not link to or distribute any adware, spyware, viruses, or malicious software of any kind. Occasionally, Cenopets may include unobtrusive, text-based advertisements from Google on our pages. The inclusion of these textual advertisements is meant to help provide revenue for our virtual pet game while preserving your privacy and overall user experience.
